I am trying to log into KJ4OXF acc. to set up a hotspot my DMR ID is 3145143 want let me log in at dash board keeps saying it will send email but I get none .

My RADIO ID is 7160054, it seems that another person has been using my callsign to get a RADIO ID with my name, I see that the list of contacts shows the RADIO ID 7160052, but it is not me. Could you help me to change mi correct RADIO ID
