It started as the CNJHAM DStar Smart Group on QuadNet. Then came XLX020 and the 020 Project HBlink network core. Some folks just call it CNJ. The network features hardware transcoding and is home to a dedicated group of cutting edge digital radio devotees in the Central New Jersey area.
