3110 - Delaware Statewide - 10 minute limit on QSOs. If you conversation will be longer than 10 mins, move to Delaware TAC - 31100.

Delaware Statewide on BrandMeister is not connected to the c-Bridge repeaters in Delaware. The Delaware Statewide Talkgroup carried by the repeaters can only be accessed by using a repeater. Hotspots on 3110 will not be repeated through the Delaware repeaters.
