Users on the Brandmeister network could then move to VA TAC 31510 (a talkgroup that no one ever uses) or a local talkgroup for QSOs over 10 minutes. Users wishing interoperability with the DMRVA repeater system could consider moving to one of the Virginia regional talkgroups.
