TG246
Give priority to static talkgroups

Please don't activate a dynamic talkgroup on slot 1 if that same talkgroup is already static on slot 2!
Please don't use TS2 for Private Calls!

Local TG's

Use TG 9 on TS1 for local calls on a certain repeater.

Static TG's

National TG24601 are static on timeslot 2.

Dynamic TG's

Dynamic TG's should be activated on timeslot 1 (e.g. TG 91).
National TG246 are allowed on TS2 ONLY but as Dynamic.
Dynamic TG's can be activated on both timeslots in the BrandMeister network, but timeslot 1 should be preferred.
Please don't link talkgroups randomly on timeslot 2 (TS2) of the repeater.
Activated talkgroups will be automatically unlinked after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Roaming

As roaming is provided by BrandMeister, our repeaters are fully able to make your Motorola or Hytera device roaming to the strongest repeater.
Using Per-Site RSSI Threshold are recommended. For MOTOTRBO radios recommended value is -120dB.

All Lithuania Repeaters linked to BM uses Network Beaconing.
Therefore, our repeaters are configured identically, according to mentioned talkgroup scheme (see section "Timeslots").

Roaming makes sense on TS2 with the talkgroup 24601 which are available on every single repeater of the Lithuania BM DMR Network.

To ensure roaming operations on TS1, use any Dynamic Talkgroup (ex. TG91), your radio will roam to it, but configure channels in the radio to use selected TG on TS1, then you can activate it dynamically after roaming completed or even participate in WorldWide CheckIn on TG91 while moving between repeaters.

We recommend to use other roaming features than Hytera or Motorola only after testing it works as should. Active polling of repeaters might have (but not necessary) negative influence.

ARS/APRS/SMS and other data can be sent/received on both TimeSlots, but please use Polite way of transmitting, like "Color Code Free".
