Secondary TG for Pennsylvania which normally PTT on most PA repeaters. Use this TG to switch to when you do not want to key up all of the primary repeaters connected to the Primary Pennsylvania TG of 3142. At this time, PA State (3142) keys more than 50 repeaters.
