This page mentions the ARS Radio ID is changes based on the Master. How do I get the ARS Radio ID for each master? More specifically, the repeaters in my area are connected to the 3103 Master in San Jose, Ca.
All of the systems in the US utilize the same ID of 310999. The 310 is the country code and 999 is for the application.
